A greatly situated and lovely spot in Town

Pros: Loved it here, I stay in Halifax often visiting family. And it’s one of those places that feel like a home away from home really. Perfect mix of space to put your stuff and also enough decor/interior to make it feel welcoming. As an adult with Autism I have navigated my own requirements for comfort and it is unusual that hotels or other places can offer that but here, it was very easy transition and the cleanliness was greatly appreciated.

Cons: I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend!

Overall this is a decent studio apartment and good value for money.

Pros: Location close to town centre, Piece Hall, train station and suited me very well. I have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Very quiet at night. Washer/dryer was great and there was a decent enough hairdryer. Well equipped kitchen and good shower.

Cons: Sofa is small and not very comfortable, bed is ok for a couple of nights but I stayed for a week and it became quite uncomfortable for me. Window doesn’t seem to close completely so although it was quite cool some nights, the fresh air coming in actually helped me sleep really well but will probably be too cold in autumn/winter. No heater or towel rail in bathroom.

Excellent Accomodation and Central to Halifax

Pros: Location ideal. 5 mins walk into town and weatherspoons for breakfast. Less than 10 minutes walk to train station. Accomodation was so lovely and easy to contact Guestz...our hosts.

A lovely stay in a smart studio apartment!

Pros: A very smart, clean and comfortable studio apartment in a great location on a fairly quiet road, away from the busy traffic further down. Within easy reach of the station and town centre, less than 10 mins on foot which was ideal. A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need.. even washing-up liquid, laundry capsules and bin liners provided. A lovely clean and compact bathroom with a really good shower over the bath! All in all, a great stay and a perfect base for the week to explore Halifax and surrounding towns.

Cons: The only things that let the place down was having no towel rail or hook to hang your wet towels after a shower.. I ended up draping them over the dining chairs to dry each day! Similarly, there was no clothes airer provided to dry clothes on if you wanted to use the washing machine during longer stays. It would've been handy to have used it as I was staying for a week during a heatwave!

Ideally located for a short stay

Pros: Clean and bright apartment with lovely rooms. Great location for the Piece Hall town centre.

Cons: Would have liked to park outside but found a good priced car park to leave the car for a few days.

Pros: Very clean and in a great location, had all the kitchen items

Cons: too much sunlight inside the room, need for a sun blocker on the bedroom window

Best stay ever in Halifax yet!

Pros: Liked that it was big. Clean. The radiators were actually really good for the size of the apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped. Loved it!

Cons: Well, the location is a bit on the inner side of a lane. Past 10pm you might find it a bit unsafe, especially if you’re travelling alone. Nothing happened and maybe it’s just in my own head.

Pros: Decor and facilities modern and very clean throughout. Love that it had a second bedroom for my daughter as I would have woken her up if she were in the same room. Love that it had a bath/shower combined. Very homely.

Cons: Had to pay for parking from 8am and only for a maximum of 4hrs, I don’t know if a permit would be available for guests visiting the property as we had to make sure we were out of the apartment by a certain time in the morning. Hot water ran out after 1 person showered or had a bath.

Comfortable and delightful stay!

Pros: Clean and cost. Location is excellent. All the amenities are within walking distance.

Cons: It was a bit pricy.
