Pros: The threshing barn is ideally situated for Harrogate ,Harlow Carr gardens /Bettys cafe are half a mile away . Lots of great walks we walked from Harlow Carr to Harrogate Valley gardens to a Christmas market The local pub less than half a mile away is good open fires ,food is good pub grub. Accommodation wise it was perfect for us one bedroom with en suite kitchen and living room all well equipped The property is beautifully decorated ,we took away some ideas for our own house decoration!! Thanks to Kate for the milk tea coffee sugar etc oh and the numerous delicious chocolates! I came back a kilo heavier after just two night stay ! 😂 The property and Kate / Andrew are very dog friendly

Pros: This property is out of this world. It exceeded all expectations and was just perfect.....we didn't want to leave!! Thankyou so much for a fabulous stay in your beautiful cottage.

Pros: We loved the property and location. We arrived to milk , biscuits, chocolate, and orange juice. Well equipped kitchen. The property felt very spacious. The owner was lovely. We would not hesitate to re book.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like . If I were to stay longer, a washing machine would be useful and a smart tv. But that's just our preference. It wouldn't stop us from re booking.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: A beautiful place to stay, very close to Harrogate and a lovely pub within walking distance. The barn was immaculate, very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The host Kate was lovely and waiting to welcome us in when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best place ever to relax and unwind

Pros: Everything...from initial look for accommodation in Harrogate area, to securing the booking, to receiving perfect directions and information from the owner, to the accommodation, to sadly leaving. It was a prefect little gem of a find, giving us the most relaxing weekend ever; that good we booked again for a week in May 26 already. The host was very nice and helpful, meeting us and saying goodbye in person, a very nice touch.

Cons: Nothing, as simple as that!

Brilliant stay

Pros: Really lovely hosts and house and location so beautiful will definitely be back.

Cons: Some guidance on how to see what's on the tv channels/guide otherwise perfect

Pros: Lovely comfy bed. Kate made us very welcome. Lovely small living room and kitchen. Perfect for a couple of days away. Easy instructions to find the property too.

Cons: With velux windows it gets very light very early without any form of curtains or blinds.

A cosy, warm little barn conversion in idyllic countryside with superb hosts.

Pros: If you are looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings in beautiful countryside then this is the property for you.

Cons: Everything was perfect (apart from the height of the mirror in the bathroom!)

Very helpful host, lovely property, good value for money.

Pros: Very well decorated and everything was provided for.

Cons: Nothing, all was fine.
