Ideal location and comfortable facilities

Pros: Great communication with regards to checking in, very clear and concise instructions and easy to find. This was a great location for us as we were working at the Convention Centre, the added bonus of a parking space so close to town is worth it's weight in gold. The flat is spacious and nicely presented.

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location on a quiet street. Very large flat with great facilities.

Cons: I slept in the front bedroom and when it came light the room was very bright and woke me up. It would benefit from having curtains

Excellent

Pros: Good location, nice and big apartment. Very comfortable. Everything was perfect

Good base for a short break to Harrogate.

Pros: Great location with parking. Easy walking distance to city centre. Quite spacious and comfortable beds.

Cons: Front door was not very secure.

Pros: Well centred, 5 min walk from shops and restaurants. Very spacious flat with pretty much all you need for a confortable stay. Beds were very confortable. Good communication from owner.

Cons: Could really benefit from a new sofa bed as the one available has got all the springs popping out.

Comfortable stay with great access. Main limitation was tiny freezer

Pros: Easy instructions to follow regarding key collection, heating and Wifi. Excellent location and free parking. Clean property. Host very responsive and accommodated us for a late check out. Comfortable kitchen facilities except for freezer.

Cons: Very limited freezing capacity, there were 2 mini fridges, with very small freezer compartments, and one compartment was completely frozen over, so we only had a very tiny frozen compartment although had a lot of frozen food. Toiletries very limited in the bathroom.

Excellent bolt hole walking distance to Harrogate Theatre

Pros: Prior to the booking date the host responded to all necessary queries and gave clear instructions to access the flat Parking outside the flat was a huge bonus. Clean spacious and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Overall satisfied. Bathroom needs a bath mat in shower . Not a power shower but it did the job!

One nightstay

Pros: Location was excellent, we were attending a wedding in a nearby hotel.

Cons: Looks a bit tired and in need of some tlc on the exterior. Also the door lock is a bit temperamental when unlocking the door from the outside

Pros: Plenty of space and good value for that reason. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

Ticks the basic boxes

Pros: Very good size and all your basic necessities where there Great location and free parking.

Cons: Bathroom didn't have a lock and was carpeted. Stale smoke smell, as well as food smells from other flats coming in. General finish of the decor was shabby and needs a good update Very noisy TV from neighbour until 3am
