I would stay again

Pros: Exactly as described. Good location, lots of info supplied by the host regarding location and other details. Heating had been switched on so the apartment was nice a warm an arrival.

Comfortable stay in great location

Pros: The apartment is very clean and hosts were responsive. They answered quickly when I had questions with getting the keys and followed up regarding check-in times. Everything worked, the apartment is well equipped, with heating, hairdryer and other necessities. Lots of body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. I didn't use the kitchen though. Location was very close to my conference venue.

Cons: The common area outside of the apartment is very untidy, including in front of entry to the building. Also, the bar is located in the same building and the noise can be heard at times through the window. I slept well as it usually hushed closer to the night but on the last day the music was on early in the morning when I woke up.
