The Old Stone Sanctuary

Brilliant weekend away close to town.

Pros: Fantastic location within 10 minutes of town. Very spacious. Beautifully decorated. We had an issue with hot water and heating, the host was fantastic, she arrived within the hour and although unable to sort the heating we (my sister-in-laws and myself) were offered a different accommodation at no extra cost or some little portable heaters, she also had a plumber out within 2 hours who got the heating working again.

Cons: Was nothing we didn’t like at all. Have everything at the property.

Quiet place with secure parking

Pros: Heating worked well, lots of space for us, car parking easy and secure, very quiet.

Cons: A bit awkward to watch TV with sofa not facing it. Key lock box was difficult to pull down the cover.

Pros: The flat was lovely and exceptionally well appointed, with lots of extras and parking. Really recommend.

Cons: Location was brilliant for the city centre but it didn't feel like an area I'd be happy walking around on my own at night.

Pros: Very good size.gated and parking outside the door. Everything we needed for our stay in Leeds. Only £5-£6 Uber ride into town. Nice touches with chocolates nd drinks in fridge… thankyou

Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay – would happily return!

Pros: The location was perfect for us, and we felt really secure with the gated property and private parking right outside the door. The beds and living room were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. There’s a huge selection of books and reading material, which would be lovely for a longer stay.

Cons: The only thing we’d suggest is maybe popping a small bottle of milk in the fridge for tea or coffee.

Pros: Central location excellent. Very clean property. Secure parking. Very comfortable beds. Host was incredibly helpful. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay In Leeds

Pros: sensational location; secluded, secure and green yet within walking distance of all the major artistic and cultural sites of Leeds. Superbly responsive heating when needed, in the kitchen as well supplied with items (yes, a corkscrew!)

Cons: Wonky dining room chairs, lack of surfaces to put things and a certain precariousness, with some of the infrastructure controls feeling remote.
