Headingley 2 Bedroom first floor cottage flat Near Universities shops& Park

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped, excellent communication with owners & they allowed a slightly later check out which was ideal, able to work as WiFi & desks

Cons: We had a slight issue with the lock, reported to the owner & they were very responsive. Being the lower flat there is some noise travelling from upstairs apartment, probably be better to replace the flooring but this could be unavoidable if the owners don’t own the whole building. Overall great stay.

Pros: We asked for more towels and they were provided immediately

Great location. Lovely, well equipped, safe and secure apartment. Very comfortable.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Great location, only 15 minutes from the city centre. Travel links are good. Some lovely pubs and cafes in the area. The beds were very comfy. We were on the ground floor, and it felt very safe and secure. Mary (the host) was very informative and great at responding to any messages. Thank you so much. We hope to stay again.

Warm, comfortable, no hassle at all, we found everything we needed and slept well both nights.

Pros: The flat was pretty much perfect as far as location and facilities are concerned. We had a little difficulty getting the key, as we arrived after dark and struggled to find and operate the lockbox and the outer gate lock, without light. Inside, all was well. The rooms were perfectly adequate and once we found the thermostat, warm. Only comment is that the floor creaks and groans as you walk on it. The bathroom worked, once we found the shower on-switch.

Cons: Not that I didn't like, but I didn't expect to receive more messages from Mary during our stay. I hadn't taken my email PC with me, so I didn't get all the messages until we'd returned. We washed up everything we used, but didn't put it away, and I don't think we turned off the stove. Apologies. Only other thing would be an outside light to illuminate the alleyway to the door.

Brilliant location and friendly hosts

Pros: The location was fabulous, close to everything in Headingley. Shower and heating worked perfectly, we were cozy and toasty. It was well equipped for our stay. The hosts made themselves available for all queries and replied to messages very soon. They were extremely accommodating when we needed to stay a bit longer as our car broke down the day we were leaving the property.

Cons: It is a bit noisy if you open the windows as it’s next door to a busy and famous pub and on the main road, however it did not affect us much as we were out and about in headingley and the busy pub was an asset and not a detriment to our stay :)

Bright, comfortable apartment, conveniently located for our needs.

Pros: This accommodation was a lucky find for us, as we were attending a wedding right across the street. Perfect for our needs, and close to family, as well. The apartment was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Easy access, and the owner replied promptly when questions arose. We would definitely consider this apartment again.

Cons: Nothing.
