Ideal and spacious

Pros: Spacious, clean, every facility. Enough beds. Parking.

Cons: No tea towel to dry our pots. Hard to find. Taxi couldn't find us.

Pros: Excellent value for money, great for short stay in Leeds

Cons: A little more attention to details in relation to dust and cleaning would be great but it wasn't a big issue for short stay

Very enjoyable experience for one night, will definitely consider again if we come bac to Leeds.

Pros: Location - being near the city centre was very convenient & the bus service was reliable. Well kept/clean house, nice facilities & décor. Comfy beds, plenty of room, nice little garden area (though was too cold at the time to sit out).

Cons: Only main issue we had was getting the TV to work, which the lads who I was supporting were a bit disappointed with, but we weren't really in much to bother with it anyway.
