Modern City Centre 2 Bed Apt in Leeds

Excellent location and comfortable apartment for us 3

Pros: Amazing central location. Spacious for 3 of us. Building felt secure. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels. Comfortable lounge area, but would be better with an extra armchair. Staff very quick to respond to enquiries and issues. Open air car park 2 minutes walk away. Only cost £15 for 24 hours when using the app to pay. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Couple of issues in the kitchen, but staff quick to respond. Bit of a shortage of cups and glasses in kitchen. Not very well equipped if you like to cook. But only stayed for two nights, so we decided to eat out. Staff waited till the last hour before check in to give us the code for key collection. This did cause us a bit worry as we were beginning to wonder if the place did actually exist. But thankfully after chasing them up by telephone, they responded quickly. Thanks.

Pros: Location was great. Apartment had everything required for a great weekend in Leeds.

Cons: It didn’t bother us but being in a great city centre location means you need to be tolerant of noise on a Friday and Saturday evening.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Pros: Excellent location with close parking. The apartment was exactly as listed and catered for everything we needed.

Cons: Everything was great about the apartment so the only detail would be the noise of happy people outside but that is to be expected if you want a city centre apartment which we did.

Great value and location, all the facilities needed.

Pros: Great location - only 10 minutes walk from the station and the key collection is on the way in between. Happened to be perfect for us with our venue just the other side of the canal. Good shower and nice set of towels and comfortable beds. Cooking facilities of a flat as you'd expect if you ever need them. We only got as far as the kettle, toaster and fridge.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, all good. Did buy an extra toilet roll but getting pretty picky! Unavoidable with the great central location but expect to have the blinds closed if you like your privacy and the occasional noisy person in the street but nothing you'd be surprised to find.

Pros: Location central didn’t have to walk far to anywhere including the station, shops, bars and restaurants. Very tasteful style to the apartment.

Cons: External building needs a refresh. A little in the fridge and cupboards would be a nice welcome.

Location, location, location!

Pros: Location, location, location. We were there for UKREiiF and it was the perfect location. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from the noisy areas.

Great flat in a central location

Pros: The flat was in an excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Good bathroom with a nice shower. Perfect for a short break.

Cons: The only negative was the noise from people enjoying themselves on the Friday and Saturday nights, particularly affecting guests staying in the twin room. Not much that can be done about that but something to be aware of.

Good apartment in a city centre location

Pros: Very clean accommodation in a good location near all shops. Photos matched property. Nice comfy bed and pillows. All equipment you need in kitchen, iron and ironing board. Comfy couch and great big TV with lots of channels.

Cons: Could do with a handbook to tell guests how the lights, shower etc work. Could not get the small shower head to work. Lights were also a problem as a lot of different switches. Quite noisy in the night due to being near restaurants.
