Jazreal Luxury Apartment - Leeds City Centre

Pros: I liked everything, beautiful clean apartment with beautiful furniture, everything was great, the location is excellent :)

Pros: The apartment itself was beautiful ! location was amazing for a gig at millenium square and local shops and takeaway! wetherspoons next door! Everything you needed in the apartment itself.

Cons: We didn't recieve a link to pay the security deposit and struggled at first to contact the owner which got us a bit panicky! but once on the phone was helpful and sorted quickly. Also states a balcony on the advertisement and this isn't included in the property. Also the box to retrieve the keys is a tiny box and after struggle of getting information to get in hard work getting the key out.

Good location, clean , helpful James 😘

Pros: I would like to thank Jazreal in Leeds for a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—right in the city center and close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment is small but suitable for two people, and it has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. A special thanks to James for his kindness, helpfulness, and quick responses. He was professional and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in central Leeds.

Cons: The only downside was that sometimes there was a bit of noise, but overall it didn’t affect my stay too much.

Pleasant & comfortable apartment and great location.

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and has all the necessary facilities. The location was excellent as it was near a supermarket and walking distance to the city centre, Leeds Uni, the Train and coach station. The owner James was friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in time. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Cons: However, I was caught by surprise as I was required to pay a security deposit of 100GBP before check-in, to cover for any possible damage to the apartment, as I was not informed beforehand via booking.com chat or email. After contacting and meeting the Owner and he re-assured us, I felt comfortable enough to pay the security deposit. I am pleased that the security deposit was quickly refunded/unposted after I checked-out. I advised the Owner to notify all future guests of the security deposit upon receiving their reservation as part of the terms and conditions of stay, and not impose it a few hours before check-in.

Beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful spacious clean apartment. Good communication from the host overall absolutely loved it

Had a good time with the apartment being local to the First Arena

Pros: Location, the apartment is a good size with kitchen area

Cons: Missing towels, used items left in bathroom, rice in tea container, a dish cloth and tea towel would be good to help clean around

Great location for Leeds Arena events

Pros: Absolutely fantastic communication from James and it's in such a brilliant location. I would absolutely stay here again.
