Cozy place and exceptional stay

Pros: Lovely place to stay, Leigh-Anne really does add everything to make your stay trouble-free. This was such a lovely, cozy little place and perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting to get away. We only stayed for a couple of nights as we were hiking during the day and regret we hadn't decided to stay for longer, we are already talking about a return visit, but longer next time. We even tried out the food in The Fountian pub, which is opposite just over the other side of the river, literally a 2 minute walk over the river bridge, the food here was amazing. We couldn't fault anything with our stay and highly recommend anyone who is looking to stay in the area, we will be returning.

Pros: Fantastic location in an idyllic village. Lovely comfortable room, great shower and good facilities. Great communication and support from the owner.

Some minor tweaks, is all it needs

Pros: Lovely location in the quaint little hamlet of Linton, with the village pub just across the green. Tastefully decorated with a homely feel, but just lacking a few essentials.

Cons: The kitchen was badly designed, with cutlery draw down by the floor. There was also a lack of crockery. Whilst we wouldn't expect 30 degrees of heat normally, in this part of the country we could have done with lighter bed clothes. The winter quilt was still on!

Pros: The location was very peaceful with a beautiful view! Great base to explore Grassington and further afield. We stayed in studio 2 which was very comfortable, clean, spacious with a beautiful decor. A lot of thought had gone into thinking what we may need during our stay eg blankets, cleaning supplies , well equipped kitchen , bathroom toiletries etc Milk and Cake were provided which was a lovely extra touch. The bed was so soft like a marshmallow. Parking is provided which was a huge bonus as well as the outdoor seating area! Can't recommend this place enough! Had such a fabulous time! The Host is very understanding and accommodating.

Pros: Lovely quiet setting. Accommodation comfortable and clean and well provisioned. Stayed here last year.

Pros: Location. Great walks. Beautiful village. Property was gorgeous. Great pub over the bridge!

Cons: Nothing. Will be back!

Pros: Location was good and our wee apartment was so cosy loved it

Cons: Can't say I disliked any of it

Pros: Lovely little studio. Great views & private parking.

Cons: There should be a waste bin in the bathroom & small hand towels. In the kitchen, there should be T towels to dry dishes & a cloth or sponge to wash up with.

Lovely place to stay in a great location

Pros: In a great position. Ideal for walking and could walk direct from the property either into Grassington or along the river. Good parking and had what we needed

Cons: Tv wasn’t fantastic. Picture a bit funny but didn’t really use it much anyway

Great hideaway

Pros: The location was excellent but there is only 1 pub in the village which unfortunately was fully booked for both nights of our stay, so if your planning on eating there you need to ask the host to prebook in advance or you will have to drive to the next village

Cons: The downstairs had a kitchen area, which was very small, sufficient for eating/making tea but not for sitting in so you are confined to your bedroom to relax, which, to be fair Is large and has 2 chairs , so not too much of an issue
