Pros: Very warm beautiful views cosy and very reasonable price

Pros: Clean, stunning views, accessible and nice little touches such as breakfast porridge and pastry ♥️

Pros: Very good standard of accommodation. A little remote, but a lovely location in terms of the view.

Great service

Pros: I had a minor problem which was sorted straight away over the phone on Saturday evening. Karen replied to my text within minutes. Great service.

Pros: Adequate breakfast but not perfect for us, otherwise a pleasant surprise. Wonderful to find such a warm room in such cold weather. Likewise the heated towel rail and plenty of hot water. Apart from the problems listed below we enjoyed our stay and would re-book if circumstances require us to stay in the area.

Cons: Bathroom door needs a few mm taken off bottom edge. Either the floor is rising or the door is falling. We felt the extract fan in the bathroom has failed? We stayed 2 nights and would have appreciated emptying of the waste bin after the first night.

Pros: It was a lovely place. Clean and tidy. Absolutely nothing bad about the room and had lovely views across Halifax and the valley.

Cons: On a hill, so awkward to find initially, with access being some small windy roads uphill. Was ok once I got used to it lol.

Clean, comfortable and cosy!

Pros: The rooms were lovely, clean and warm, we didn't expect a fridge with bottled water and porridge and a pastry for breakfast the next day, it was a very welcome extra! The view would have been beautiful if the sun had made an appearance, we will definitely be back in the nicer weather!

Pros: Hotel was great very clean with everything you need the views were lovely 😍

Cons: The road was closed so getting up the hill was a struggle and tight roads but not the hotels fault

Pros: It was very modern and contemporary inside a traditional building with stunning views . It was immaculately clean

Pros: Wonderful location with stunning Calder Valley view. I'm originally from the area so I know the location well. Clean, cosy room. Comfy bed. It was a great little place to put our heads down while doing family Christmas visits x
