Pros: Beautiful property, lovely touches added. Very cosy and everything you needed was there. Great pubs locally
Cons: Stairs are a bit steep for old fogies with dodgy knees

Cosy comfy stay.
Pros: Really nicely done property with cosy living room and well appointed kitchen.
Cons: Some minor points (we really did like the cottage). The beds were quite creaky and the wood provided for the fire was building timber and so did not burn well at all (just kept going out). Also had to work out and programme the electric heaters in each room as they were all off when we arrived but lovely and warm once they got going.

Pros: I was very surprised at how amazing this house was going to be. I loved the house, feels like a home from home. When you walk in and see the lights and fire it feels so calming. I loved how there was everything you needed in the house even down to milk. I loved the furniture and the house decor. The location of the house is perfect and lovely walks around and only a short walk to the pubs. The cottage has a beautiful living room and kitchen. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need. The living room had an amazing fire place with a beautiful leather sofa and chair. Host Danielle was so easy to contact and so attentive couldn't ask for more. Cant recommend this place enough and cant wait to go back.

A warm, cosy, comfortable cottage in a great walking area.
Pros: A cosy warm, welcoming cottage with quality furnishings, towels and bedding. Lovely to see a sheep field from sitting up in bed. Lovely touch was the milk in the fridge and chocolate marshmallows on arrival. We really enjoyed the log fire, and the TV worked well for an area so settled in the valley.
Cons: The temperature of the shower fluctuated. We must have been operating it wrong....so maybe an instruction message would be useful. The cottage was not really walking distance from the pub, not for old biddies like us anyway, so more cooking equipment would be useful e.g. colander, grater etc. Everything in the kitchen was top notch and FAB though. No complaints, the cottage is lovely. Some visitors might struggle with the steep staircase.

Lovely break away in a cottage with character.
Pros: Lovely characterful cottage within easy reach of lots of lovely villages. Beautifully presented with everything we needed.
Cons: Just a minor point - but more info in the folder would be helpful, e.g. how to dispose of rubbish- how you sort recycling as everywhere is different. When asked the owner got really speedy response.

Fantastic cottage, worth every penny, canβt wait to return!
Pros: Location is gorgeous and I didnβt realise how close it was to Pendle Hill, which was a huge bonus! Cottage was amazing and rustic. Danielle went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Added touches were thoughtful and topped off an already 5 star place! We also loved the little witchy touches throughout!
Cons: Couldβve done with directions to the cottage from Barley Picnic site as Maps took us to the wrong place.
