My son and mine's favourite stay in Bradford so far. Host is fantastic. And provided snacks, soft drinks and bread,

Pros: The property has everything you need for a self catering stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and washer dryer. All of which I used and are in full working order. The internet worked really well throughout our stay and with my son having his PlayStation and us streaming on a Firestick that's always very important. The TV is a good size too. The shower is great and very large with great water pressure and warm water was always bang on. The property is very easy to access with room for your car and is very close to the city and has a lovely park within walking distance along with a local cornershop which has a great stock if you need anything last minute.

Cons: It's a very small dislike but the seating could be improved.

Very nice little place for an overnight work stop - and close to shops/restaurants for food etc.

Pros: Very comfortable and well kitted-out - including everything I needed to cook the food I brought with me.

Cons: Wasn't really an issue as I was awake anyway - but just after midnight there was some loud noise from people returning to the place opposite that shares the same driveway. It only lasted a couple of minutes, and to be fair it was a Friday night, but just mentioning as it specifically promotes it being \

Convenient for our friends

Pros: All accessible although a couple of tiny steps outside property with sticks they were manageable.

Cons: We couldn’t get the tv to work

Compact but comfortable in a great area of Bradford

Pros: This tiny bungalow is compact but had everything we required for our stay. The welcome pack- especially the milk was very handy. The location is excellent, in a quiet area of Bradford near a lovely park, with plenty of restaurants in the facility. We went to a fantastic restaurant just around the corner (Bison Steakhouse) and there were many options for breakfast. I would recommend this for a short stay. The host was accommodating.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable, well equipped with kettle, microwave, milk in the fridge, tea & coffee, even cold drinks and a bowl of snacks, which I did not eat but a great added touch. Exactly what I needed for my working weekend.a place to relax and rest. There's an Aldi just down the road and lots of restaurants and takeaways up on the main road.

Cons: My only minor niggle was I could not reach the bathroom window to close it, so it was chilli for showering, and traffic noise came in from the road, but that not anyone's fault.

Another Lovely Stay

Pros: This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The cottage is lovely, peaceful, and has everything you need. The new carpets and fan light are a nice touch, and the host is always helpful and welcoming. It’s in a quiet location with easy parking, which makes it even better. We look forward to booking again—we really love it here!

Cons: Nothing at all—we loved everything.

Pros: The cottage is in a quiet little street. It was nice and clean, the kitchen was stocked with milk, fresh fruit, soft drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I can recommend the cottage and I would book again if I need to stay in the area.

Cons: A few missing items from the kitchen- bottle/ tin opener, sharp knife if you wanted to cook, wine glasses. This was not a big deal for me, but would be appreciated by some guests.

Very good value accomodation with a personal touch.

Pros: Self catering. Milk, refreshments, fruit and snacks. Nice unsuited bathroom. Comfy bed. Large TV with lots of channels. Good communication from the host. Free parking.

Cons: Electronic virtual key was a challenge. Space a bit tight in the bedroom.

A short but very comfortable stay.

Pros: Items were supplied for simple tea and toast style breakfast. Cottage was very clean and welcoming.

Cons: There was no issues or concerns with the property.
