Pros: Everything is spot on, super comfy beds, cosy and spotless super clean. Everything on ground floor, so really easy for elderly to go bathroom,

Absolutely perfect stay in a great spot for walks pubs shops etc

Pros: Great layout and extremely clean We were having a birthday/Christmas stay and the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas Loved the sweet treats and all the details, really welcoming

Cons: Pub next door was a let down but grassington wasn’t far Ran out of Guinness, the alternative was flat and it locked the door as we approached on the second night at 8pm Front bedroom might be noisy if you’re not used to traffic noise but earplugs would sort that.

Excellent. had a great weekend and will go again.

Pros: Excellent property with everything you would need for a short stay, in a great location. Host was very helpful in extending our departure time and had left a lovely welcome pack. Will return hopefully soon. Also near to the Devonshire Arms pub which served an excellent breakfast and evening meal but you need to book.

Cons: Nothing. Excellent all round.

Excellent break away , could have stayed longer.

Pros: Property was very clean and everything you needed. Welcome pack was a huge surprise with everything to get your holiday started with loads of treats also. Plenty of games available for those rainy days or just want to chill. Ideal location for walking or just exploring the towns and villages nearby. Will return in the near future.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like and couldn't find any faults.

Pros: House was really lovely and our the bedrooms very large, extremely comfortable and a added bonus of them both having ensuites. Perfect location for exploring surrounding areas.
