Garsdale Cottage

Great Value Cottage

Pros: Great location, short walking distance into the village. Lovely little cottage, very comfortable and relaxing. Very good value for money.

Relaxing break in a peaceful location.

Pros: Nice country cottage in a great location. Parking was a plus. The view from the garden was lovely.

Pros: Garsdale cottage is in a great position in the village and is warm and comfortable with everything you need for a enjoyable stay.

Pros: The location was excellent, very good facilities, warm & cosy.

Cons: Yes, it could do with a little bit of tlc, but it's an old cottage. It wouldn't put me off booking it again.

Fantastic weekend in a great location!

Pros: The location of the property was excellent a with fantastic views out across the dales. The property was a good size and easily big enough for 4 of us.

Cons: The property could do with a little bit of updating, a lick of paint here and there, however the property was clean and comfortable and the updating isn’t what you would call urgent.

Pros: We stayed for 4 nights over a cold , wet and windy week and found the cottage nice and warm. The beds were comfortable with good linen. The cottage was homely and well equipped with everything you might need. A short walk takes you to the main street and there are easy walks straight from the cottage . Convenient parking in front of the house was appreciated. There were only 2 of us but it has 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 camp beds for bigger families. The pretty garden will be lovely for a summer visit.

Cons: The sofa and chairs could be more comfortable and could be cleaner.
