Pros: Was relaxing, quiet and comfortable! Felt homely and eas nice seeing the llamas in the morning next to us

Cons: Comfort, and no hassle

We had an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Good location. Comfortable property well equipped and peaceful even though it was on a farm.

Cons: Directions to find the property were inadequate, the name of the property was not visible from the approach road so we spent ages looking for it. In the end we had to phone the owner for directions.

Great chalet for a family holiday

Pros: This wooden cabin is located within a farm with kennel, cows, lama etc. Very quiet as it is away from main road. Wonderful location for nature lovers. The cottage is very good for a family of four and pets.

Cons: The hosts could have provided coffee, tea, sugar, milk and importantly dish washing liquid. Few more basic things in the kitchen would make this cottage, a wonderful place for a family to stay.

Great place will be returning in the future

Pros: The location and facilities… loved seeing the animals on a morning walking round the farm.

We had a very relaxing time.

Pros: The property was in an ideal location if you want peace and quiet away from the hum drum of daily life. The property had a well equipped kitchen and was well heated.

Cons: The property itself was great however there was very little ventilation I.e not many windows that could be left open at night. There was one window by the dining table and a small window in the bathroom in the bedroom. We went out and bought a small fan and this did help. Both showers could do with an overhaul. The shower in the bathroom in the bedroom had very little water pressure and therefore could not be used and the shower in the main bathroom although the pressure was good possibly needs descaling or replacing.

Pros: Very nice lodge on a working farm situated on it's own plot, with veranda and garden area. Went to see and stroke the donkeys and just visited from a distance the new arrivals, Alpacas, they are so cute. We went out for a meal to The Queen Inn 2.4 miles away, missed out as we only went on our last day, very worth a visit.

Cons: Getting lost a bit on the narrow roads, blame the Satnav. Got used to the area and had no more problems.

Peaceful few days in countryside

Pros: We loved the location and wonderful accommodation perfect for my husband and me and my elderly mother.

Cons: It was all great

Prachtige plek op het Engelse platteland en voor een bezoek aan mooie steden en de natuur.

Pros: Zeer goede hygiëne. Veel privacy. Echt op het Engelse platteland dichtbij de Dales. Uitstekende voorzieningen voor een gezin.
