Brilliant house plenty of room for everyone and things to do.

Pros: Great location for us. We enjoyed the games room, grounds and that it was close to the farm which the children loved to see the cows.

Cons: The only downside was the water pressure.

Stunning house that all the family really enjoyed!

Pros: Tinkers Folly is absolutely Superb! A great size for a large family of varied age ranges and everyone loved the Hot Tub and the Games room. The gardens are well maintained making it a great area both indoors and outside. The host was very helpful without being intrusive and it’s in a great rural location close to Harrogate, Ripon and Pateley Bridge. Highly recommend, 10/10 from us!
