The Vestry - Sleeps 12 - With Hot Tub

The property really suited our needs.

Pros: The downstairs living space. Warm and cosy. Bedrooms and general decor was lovely. Very well equipped. Location.

Cons: Sink in downstairs loo was inaccessible.

Amazing property in a lovely peaceful surrounding

Pros: There were enough bedrooms for 10 people, the house is 3 storeys and it was amazing We used the hot tub quite a lot, it was heated perfectly. The kitchen /dining area had everything we needed, and the seating area was enough for us all too… 2 good sized bathrooms and a ground floor toilet was perfect with the very top floor bedroom having a toilet and shower also! All round enough of everything - we loved it that much we’ve booked again for next year

Cons: There was nothing wrong whatsoever 👍

Great house, stunning area!

Pros: Stunning venue, and area, very comfortable large home from home.

Fabulous accommodation. Thank you xxx

Pros: Provided with access code, followed instruction and straight in.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house in a lovely area

Pros: The house is incredibly spacious and ideal for a family gathering. There was more than enough room for all of us, it has everything you need in terms of facilities and homeware. Beds were very, very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful as is the garden space with space for everyone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, hopefully in the near future.

Cons: Nothing at all

A gorgeous home big enough for our group of 10

Pros: The property is gorgeous, a really lovely home and incredibly spacious with lots of room for our group of ten. Plenty of seating space and table seated us all comfortably. Communication from Karen was exceptional and we got all the info we needed ahead of our stay. The views are lovely. The location is brilliant and we enjoyed a walk round the reservoir and a drink at the lamb inn. Only a 5ish minute drive to Haworth.

Cons: There are a few minor things that we’d have liked in a property that catered for this size of group - a tin opener, a couple of dishwasher tablets, some bin bags, a few more toilet rolls, washing up liquid and a few more big pans and the mattresses on most beds were pretty poor unfortunately.

Lovely stay - great for quiet parties

Pros: Lovely house.Very tasteful decoration. Perfect for a larger party of people.

Fantastic

Pros: The property was beautiful, clean, tidy and very spacious. We had a wonderful time…beautiful walk to the Haworth waterfalls and train back to Oxenhope afterwards. Perfect weekend to celebrate my 50th. Thank you

We had a lovely few days with family cut short by heavy snow (no one’s fault). Lovely comfy house with fab communal room

Pros: Lovely house with comfortable beds and amazing downstairs open plan kitchen/lounge.

Cons: No heating on when we arrived on a very cold day. No wood for the fire burner. Hot tub only 3/4 full of water. Not enough toilet paper for 12 guests for 3 nights.

Had a great stay. Thanks for having us!

Pros: The property was nice and spacious with sufficient room for everyone. We went with young children and a baby cot was also provided. Karen was available over the phone to help with any queries we had.
