Pros: The property had everything needed for a short stay with good security and clear information.

Cons: We didn't have a key for the patio door but the main door is beside it so not a big issue.

Lovely house

Pros: It was a lovely clean house in a quiet area, I thought it was going to be a dodgy area and was quite skeptical about leaving my car parked there but nothing happened.

Cons: There was a weird smell in the kitchen when we got there

Pros: It was accessible by cab to the arena where we were going. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was tea bags and sugar but not coffee which would have been great but plenty of take out facilities nearby so not a biggie.

very good apartment

Pros: The house was a really comfortable one. Spacious and in a good location. Well secured and with well functioning amenities.

Cons: Please do some deep cleaning in the apartment. a bit of cobwebs here and there. Also, some basic things can be provided like shower gel and the likes

Pros: Really spacious properly, not as modern as some places advertised but that's part of it's charm. It was comfy and cosy and really good value, walking distance from supermarkets and bus stops. Will definitely be booking again.

You pay for what you get.

Pros: Great location for where I was visiting in Leeds. Fair price for a one-bed house. It's good that it has two function rooms and a kitchen downstairs. I liked the wetroom style bathroom. Gaining entry to the property was easy and straightforward. It was good to have the extra metal gate on the front door for the feel of extra security.

Cons: The odd smell in the front room, like a hamster cage or something, has sat in that room too long in the past. Luckily, that was the only room that did. Before going out for the evening, I checked all the windows (habit) and found all three downstairs windows handles unlocked, in a way that they could be pulled open with ease from the outside! I'm very glad I had checked! The front door was not fitted very well/loose. This is resolved by the metal gate, I am guessing. Overall I would happy to stay again at this property. Its is in a convenient location and I like have a larger space for the same price, if not cheaper, than other single roomed hotels in Leeds.
