A good base for visiting this beautiful area of the country.

Pros: Reeth is a beautiful village with plenty of facilities in a glorious area of the country. Beds in the property are very comfortable.

Cons: There was no information in the property about how to use the heating and hot water system. There was hot water in the shower room but we could not use the bath and we could not get hot water to wash up. I accept that the description of the property states the accommodation was on the first and second floors of the house but it did not make clear there were people living permanently in the flat below. With two boisterous boys we were always worried about them making too much noise. There was a recycling bin in the kitchen but we didn't know what to recycle!
