Kist Accommodates - Duck Hill Cottage

Pros: Location great, comfy master bedroom, large bath towels spacious, decorated nice, well equipped kitchen. Nice large bathroom. Good communication with staff.

Cons: Heating was temperamental, freezing on arrival, welcome basket was a bit lack lustre compared to photos.. long life milk instead of fresh milk in the fridge. Beds downstairs were springy. No shelf for towels in bathroom. Not able to use front access.

Heartily recommended.

Pros: The house is situated in the centre of Ripon and was very comfortable. Parking a bonus for a city centre location and easy walking distance to restaurants. An excellent location for visiting other places of interest and seeing the beautiful scenery of North Yorkshire.

Pros: Location was perfect for town centre. It was clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee for our stay and even a box of biscuits.

A lovely cottage in a great location

Pros: Wonderful location in relation to the town and also having a parking space. Comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: We would have liked some local tourist info in the cottage and not to have to look everything up on line for instructions on how things worked

Pros: Great cottage was very well maintained and in a great central location. It was spotless and is a credit to the owners and the cleaners. A nice touch in the kitchen with coffee and biscuits left out for us. Thanks Carl.

Excellent location and good facilities

Pros: Great location and spacious cottage with everything we needed

Cons: There was no dog equipment which was fine as we had our own but in other dog friendly cottages there has been beds and dog bowls.

Pros: Location was fab and nice and close to town center and cathedral

Cons: It was quite noisy, could hear the next door property. The heating, it would have been good to have instructions to turn it on/off as it seemed to come on intermittently. We tried to turn it on if we were there but unable to so sat in the cold.

Pros: Excellent central location. Very comfy beds. Well decorated with a comfy but stylish vibe. Easy check in and good instructions given on parking etc.

Cons: Felt a bit cold at times but we were there in frosty weather!

Pros: Plenty of space for a family, all the mod cons needed if necessary. The beds are very comfortable. The property has a cosy cottage feel with a modern twist.
