Spacious yet Cosy. Great for local exploration.

Pros: Christmas tree was a lovely touch - Thank you 😊 Lots of space in all the rooms. Great shower and great bath. Spacious yet cosy. Great location to get straight out the front door to countryside walks or to drive to nearby villages such as Grassington with lovely shops and places to eat. Accommodation and area very dog friendly but not overrun with them.

Cons: Couldn't find the oven gloves but a tea towel sufficed. Take a bin bag.

Pros: Location,big property,main bedroom was nice,big bathroom

Cons: Porch door latch kept sticking,blinds on front window broken,huge cobwebs on ceiling on wall next to lamp,door handle to kitchen loose, opened back door and went to shut gate, nearly broke my kneck on the sludge off the moss in back yard and hurt my back,not a good start to stay, generally dusty upstairs,and the stained towels for getting washed very off putting,no soap or tea towel, generally run down and need for tlc,where key is kept didn't lock even after scrambling numbers,could still open it

Pros: Property was a home from home, peaceful and had everything we needed, location was perfect for a peaceful get away

Pros: Everything: great location, no traffic noise despite main road outside, very well appointed with large rooms, well equipped. First impression on arrival was beyond expectations. Would certainly recommend.

Pros: The owners obviously take pride in their property. Great location for hill walking and travelling around Yorkshire

We would like to stay hear again we enjoyed our stay .

Pros: The location of the property we found to be great. a play park and a stream just over the road our children loved this . The property was very nice and spacious and the bath was a firm favourite .we found the beds to be very comfortable too .

Cons: The only thing was the pans in the cupboard were dirty but again that’s down to previous guests I suppose.

Great location, pub next door. Good pint great food.
