Pepperpot Cottage

Pros: Location and the was setting of pepperpot cottage was in the amazing countryside of the Yorkshire dales with lovely’s views out of every window. The cottage is decorated very stylishly and very clean. As an added bonus you got off road parking for your car at the rear of the property. Would definitely go back again for a break .

Just perfect

Pros: It’s just perfect. The cottage is modern, well styled, well equipped, had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a break away. The views were stunning, we were extremely lucky with the weather last week which made it all the more perfect. The hot tub was great but the best thing was the secure field, our greyhound loved being off his lead which is something we can’t do unless in a secure field. The hosts were lovely, really helpful. It felt like home and was so relaxing and quiet. The Hare and Hounds pub a short drive or walk away was superb, great cheese and onion pie!! Dog friendly also.

Cons: Didn’t like leaving for home, we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely cottage with a hot tub and garden.

Pros: Great location that was quiet. The hot tub was a nice treat. There is a private enclosed grassed area for dogs.

Stunning home and perfect location

Pros: Stunning property in a beautiful location. It was modern with all the amenities you need to relax. Hottub was a great addition. The main bedroom on top floor with en suit was beautiful. Close enough to shops and towns to head out for a fun day and cone back and totally relax

Pros: Gorgeous setting. Outdoor area is stunning. Property is beautifully clean and has excellent facilities.

Pros: Amazingly clean and peaceful, a brilliant location and beautiful views, the cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed

Cons: The only thing I could say was having to remove the bedding after your stay, I don’t think that should be a guests job

Property photos massively underplay this gem

Pros: Location is beautiful, we were lucky when we visited that everything was covered in snow but the surroundings would look good in any weather. Sunrise and sunset are both great from the cottage. It's a great cottage to explore different places in the Yorkshire dales from by car. The property itself is very modern with everything you would need at hand. The hot tub was great and it's merely a shame you can't quite see the view from within it. The master bedroom is spacious and the open plan area was great for us with two young kids and a dog. Being able to have the gated fields for throwing the dog her ball was great. Final shout to our hosts (we think) who kindly made my 3 year olds snowman even better by replacing the stones we used for eyes with coal, while we were out.

Cons: It might be worth getting a new frying pan as the current one is no longer flat and with no non stick left due to use. Other than that. Not much to say.
