A nice relaxing break

Pros: The owner Andy contacted me 48 hours prior to our arrival with the key safe code. On arrival we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property the location it was as described. A nice touch was the supply of a small carton of milk tea and coffee thank you. If we decide to visit Skipton again then Waters view will be top of the list to stay again

Pros: Parking and quality of the apartment. Good range of utensils and good quality equipment throughout. TV was very straightforward to use compared to others I have encountered.

Cons: No dishwasher tabs Under cabinet lighting would help a lot with food preparation. Stairs are steep, so for older or infirm clients, this could be a major issue.

Great base to travel around everything North Yorkshire has to offer

Pros: Location was excellent overlooking the canal and just a short walk to high street, supermarkets and restaurants. Plenty of crockery, utensils etc provided in the kitchen.

Cons: Take it slow going in & out of the driveway as the left side is higher so you have to be careful not to damage the underside of your car. The cords on the blinds are a bit high especially the kitchen which is difficult to reach over the units. We also needed to well ventilate the bedroom and ensuite after a shower as it created a lot of condensation on the bottom 3 steps from the bedroom which made it a little dangerous if not spotted and cleaned up. The kitchen sinks just needed a bit of bleach down them as there was a slight smell.
