*RE7C* Ground floor room

Pros: Very comfy bed, very clean bathroom and shower, plenty of places to eat and shop all within a couple of minutes walk

Cons: Left a message to property about a minor issue which was of no fault of the owner the morning after my first night and still not had a response 4 days later after I have checked out and returned home.

Short stay in Batley, great location.

Pros: Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Hair dryer, fridge, kettle in room etc. Being on the ground floor did help with a young child too, kitchen across the hall was an added bonus and bathroom next door was clean, big and had wudu station. 👌 Great location for and not short of supermarkets, local food places, parks and motorway links.

Cons: Being by the front door, can be noisy and we could also hear people walking around in the rooms upstairs. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though, just awareness for other guests.

The best for people who like to cook

Pros: The kitchen was beautiful and the bathroom even had ablusion facilities, it was warm and the floor had heating.

Cons: The area is a bit daunting at night time, nothing else bad to report.

Wanted to extend this stay as it was a perfect place to stay and so homely.

Pros: The property was nice and warm and decorated stunningly, it was aesthetically pleasing. Me and my partner were not expecting a beautifully put together room for the price range. Looks exactly as it was in pictures when originally doing the booking. Everything was sublime.

Cons: The bathroom was not a en suite to the main room which did cause an inconvenience when waking up in the night to use the facilities, I was not concerned at first however there is CCTV recording when entering the property so when using the bathroom I could not avoid being on CCTV footage.

Pros: The house is very Morden and upto standard I loved the kitchen and the bedroom Very spacious and comfortable. A place I would stay again

Cons: Honestly everything was amazing

Pros: Fantastic room, facilities, can't say a bad word. They even have under floor heating. The price was amazing value for everything they offered

Cons: Other guests were unfortunately making noise well past midnight
