5 star Jaz is class

Pros: Clean great bathroom excellent value for money with loads of tea and coffee

Great find in just the right location

Pros: We needed somewhere in the area to stay for 1 night after attending a party. Home was just what we needed and at a reasonable cost. Bed was comfy, bathroom was modern and tea/coffee was readily available plus snacks.

Cons: As others have mentioned the family kitchen is next door and I was expecting some noise but when you can hear someone pouring breakfast cereal that is very close. As long as you don't want a long peaceful lie in its not a problem.

The Jazz Club in Leeds

Pros: The room is lovely and spacious with a great TV and audio to enjoy and relax. The bed is big and comfortable and the bedding felt luxury. I really liked all the little details and the essential bits and bobs that came with the room, like a can of deodorant that saved my day with just one spray xD the packets of crisps and the sweet treats were also a lovely homely touch. Jazz is a wicked soul and I felt greatly welcome and respected at her house. Her family are sweet and you will for sure have a 10 out of 10 stay.

Cons: NA

Pros: Very welcoming and friendly arrival, perfect for a 1 night stay!

Cons: Bed was a bit hard

Pros: Loved our 2 night stay. Treats on arrival. Tea and coffee are plentiful. Such a comfy bed and fab shower. Total privacy. Come and go as you please. Jazz is lovely, really accommodating. Big thumbs up from us 👍 See you soon Jazz. X

Pros: Secure parking, friendly efficient host, and accurately described

Great value for money for a comfortable overnight stay

Pros: The room itself is clean, comfortable with all the facilities you may need.

Cons: A bit of noise from the house residents the next morning as it was in their home but this was not unacceptable. No breakfast or cooking facilities but this is reflected in the great price.

For a last minute booking it suited us very well.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Although room was not large it had everything we needed.

Cons: On a very personal point the main light switch was not near the bed so when we wanted to get up in the night we couldn't switch it on. Had to leave it on low all night.

Fabulous! Room and host

Pros: Fabulous! Host, lovely welcome touches, great soft towels clean fresh room comfortable chairs and beds, strong shower, safe off rd parking would highly reccomend
