Lovely location & great for what we needed . Helpful owners , although we never met & just communicated by email

Pros: Near where we needed to be . Clean & had most things we needed

Cons: A bit chilly despite leaving heaters on . No instruction booklets Second bedroom very small, as I had been warned by owner

Amazing views.

Pros: Beautiful views across the hills, the decking area was lovely, bed was comfy, parking was off road, breakfast at The Brownie Barn next door was fabulous.

Cons: For four adults the space was small, but as a couple we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Yorkshire Dales short break.

Pros: In a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful and the caravan was clean, well designed with enough storage and very comfortable. The beds and bed linen were amazing.

Lovely little place in a very nice location, right next door to the Brownie Barn cafe (which was very handy)

Pros: Nice little place. Very clean & tidy. Nice semi-remote location in rural setting in very close proximity to the BARDEN BRIDGE & BOLTON ABBEY estate.

Cons: Very small. Abit Cold and drafty (but heated up fairly quickly via the electric fire / portable electric heater and the 2 under wardrobe ‘kicker board’ style electric heaters in the bedrooms - just didn’t return heat very well. The ‘twinkly’ night lights were very bright & were on all the way through the night .

Well worth the money for position and quietness and beauty of surroundings

Pros: Simons Seat had best views over the fells , inside was very clean ,enough room for two adults and 2.5 labradors

Cons: Could have had freezer box in fridge if there for longer than 3 days

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely location.

Pros: Excellent location for our visit. Lovely views from the outside seating area. Had all essentials that we needed for our short stay. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Very welcoming approach with the outside lights on the patio when we arrived.

Cons: Although it was plenty warm enough in the main living area we found the bedroom a little cold. Not sure how it could be improved in this sort of accommodation but after our long walks we found the settee a bit too short for our leg length!!
