Owl lodge

Pros: We had such a lovely stay at owl lodge. The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The surroundings were peaceful with a little pond, making it the perfect escape from the busy life. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️

Beautiful picturesque weekend away in a cosy lodge, lovely hosts and a great start to the new year!

Pros: We had a lovely stay in the pheasant lodge, it was beautifully clean, comfortable and cosy and set in a lovely woodland setting. The bbq hut was perfect to cook a steak on our first night and really added to our experience!

Cons: The only problem we found was she shower didn’t drain particularly well so we did flood the bathroom and had to use our towels to clean up the water!

10/10 this place is exceptional.

Pros: This was our second visit back to the Deer lodge and again like our first, it was simply amazing. It is now our favorite place, beautiful grounds for a nice walk, great location to visit Bedale and other surrounding villages in the area as only a 10 minute drive. Sean who owns the lodges alongside his Wife are exceptional hosts who always go above and beyond for guests. A lovely festive touch to the lodges this season and an extra special treat of homemade mince pies waiting for us. Booking out the BBQ hut is also highly recommended, this was perfect last week with the colder nights. It is a beautiful cosy hut, it also would be an amazing area if staying with friends and family for somewhere to gather in the evenings around a lovely hot fire. 10/10 as always, try this place out, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Pros: A dream stay. From arrival, the magic began. We couldn't believe our luck. Easy to find yet tucked into a Narnia-esque woodland, our one of the three lodges was just beyond perfect. And the cooking lodge is such a fantastic and dynamic extra that our stay was complete. Greeted and informed by charming host Sean (every home should have a Sean!!) we decamped and immediately felt at home. Four nights whizzed by but our memories are full of smiles.

Pros: The lodge was spotless, cosy, and beautifully decorated. Very peaceful setting and well equipped.

Cons: Didn’t like: Nothing really – everything met expectations.

Pros: Very friendly owner, takes care of everything, great contact. Excellent place. Highly recommended. Enjoyed staying there and will back again.

Pros: Such a lovely stay and the host was so welcoming. We went for a birthday and they had decorated the cabin and left a card with chocolates which was very nice!!!

Pros: Perfect quiet private area with the most accommodating and friendly owners you could ask for.
