Great value

Pros: Great stay. Warm, comfortable, decent shower, great telly

Come to Leeds and be prepared to be surprised.

Pros: Warm and comfortable for 3 adult men. Great VFM. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped. WiFi and TV both good. The owner is very communicative and helpful too. There is a cafe 5mins up the hill that does a great full English breakfast too. Catching a bus from across the road will get you into city centre in 10min (£2.50). A taxi from city centre back to property was £13. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons: Bigger bathroom towels would be preferred.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely house, great enclosed garden for dogs and so near to everything I needed.

Cons: Doorbell that chimed every time someone walked past on pavement.

Clean ,comfortable ,perfect for a family stay

Pros: Location central to Leeds Exceptionally clean Beds very comfortable WiFi

Pros: Convenient check in and info from the host, beds were comfy, parking easy and had what we needed

Cons: The bin situation could be improved

I really enjoyed the days we live in this house. Traffic was convenient, near supermarkets.

Pros: The location is great, just approx. 15 mins driving time from Leeds city centre.

Cons: The handover arrangement could has room to improve. I believed the owner sometimes was unable to control preceding occupants to leave late, she could impose the rules more strictly, so that she could has sufficient time to clean and tidy up the house for us.

A perfect place to stay if you would rather have a house than a hotel

Pros: For the price, this was a really tidy little property. Very spacious and very tidy. I was only looking for a one night stay so to be honest, I wasn’t looking for anything special, just value. I have to say though, I’d happily spend a few days here. We didn’t really use the facilities, but they were of a really good standard and everything was very clean. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch I felt. The location is great if you’re looking to travel around a bit. We went to York, Leeds and Pontefract and it was very easy to travel to all. The bedrooms are probably the highlight as if like me you are taking teenage children, they have plenty of space to escape to as they like to do. Being from the country I did wonder if being so close to the road would be an issue but didn’t hear a thing.

Cons: No issues to report!

Pros: Host very helpful and property had everything you need

Pros: It was lovely and clean very comfortable everything we needed was there

Cons: The only thing we didn't like there was no non-slip mat to go inside the bath for the shower

Easy to find and convenient location clean and tidy

Pros: Good location for the motorway Clear communication Liked the decor Clean and comfortable
