Hare cottage the Gem of North Yorkshire.

Pros: The cottage was clean and welcoming the view was outstanding. We had an amazing time. Our hosts were lovely and informative about the local area. We will definitely return to the Gem of North Yorkshire Hare Cottage.

Cons: That we couldn't have stayed longer.

Pros: The cottage was incredibly well equipped and the view across the dales was incredible. It was lovely to have outdoor space to soak up the view. A great base for exploring a beautiful area.

Pros: So clean, well furnished and beautiful interiors. Everything that you could wish for in a cottage. Plenty of space for a couple. Fabulous bed, I want one! Secure parking, great views across the moors - even a set of binoculars are left out for use. Delightful property. The photos don’t do it justice.

Pros: The scenery was beautiful. Cottage was immaculate. The breakfast pack was a lovely touch. The hosts were very gracious.

Pros: Hare Cottage was fantastic. Really comfortable bed. The food basket on arrival was a lovely touch. Cosy and homely. Beautiful, atmospheric location.

Cons: It did say in the welcome pack that the first batch of wood for the burner was provided. It wasn’t so we bought our own as it was a little chilly in the evenings. It was early September so perhaps it’s only provided in the winter months but thought I’d mention it in case the pack needed updating.

Pros: An exceptional cottage with exceptional views. Everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Everything was done to a very high standard.

Gorgeous cottage with fantastic views! Very clean and well equipped! Great location too!

Pros: Loved the welcome hamper - the bread was delicious! Enjoyed that it's just a lock box to collect the key - super easy!

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like! Only one thing could have made our stay a little easier - a small fenced area outside so we could let our dog out for a quick toilet break. But this was not a deal breaker at all! The cottage has land which you can walk your dog round (on a lead due to wildlife) which was great for an early morning stretch of legs!
