It was very good besides the few issues above. Also the check out time on booking stated check out until 11:00, however
Pros: It was clean and ideal for the number of people staying
Cons: There should be more trash bins in the apartment. Maybe some in the bedrooms so you don’t have to keep going to the kitchen bin or toilet bin to throw rubbish. The bin liner used in the kitchen bin was not strong enough and tore when taking out. Maybe a stronger bin liner or extra liners would help. Also the designated bin facilities on the ground floor created a foul smell through the main lift area of the ground floor.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous property in central Bradford. Natasha the host was brilliant - although not met in person, she was very responsive via messages. We arrived around 8pm and the security staff in the building were amazing - special shout out to Mark for helping us with the garage and showing us to our room. We felt very safe here! The apartment was very clean and well equipped too. We stayed to see a show at the Alhambra which was just a 10 minute walk down the hill as was town! We would 100% stay here next time we are in Bradford!
Cons: Nothing! As other reviewers had mentioned there was a strong smell of weed in the corridor at one point but only by the door and didn’t affect any of the rooms so it didn’t affect our stay!

Nice enough apartment, fantastic host, but could do with a bit more effort put in security wise and could’ve been better
Pros: Whilst it was a bit smaller than I expected from the photos and the bath was in a separate room from the toilet which I hadn’t realised, it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Despite being so central it was quiet with the windows closed. The car park was very secure, although I have a caveat to to that, mentioned in next part of review. We had one serious issue but Natasha was incredible with her resolution of this, truly handled it how I would’ve when I worked in a 5 star hotel on front desk, and despite the negative parts of my review, I absolutely would (and may well due to why we were there, likely to be an annual event) stay here again, we’ll just make sure we are more prepared for it to be very basic in terms of kitchenware etc.
Cons: There wasn’t much toilet roll, we had to buy our own, same with washing up liquid and soap, and there was only a tiny bit of washing powder for the washing machine. There wasn’t any tea or coffee, the coffee machine downstairs in common area wasn’t working either - we bought and left some coffee, no biscuits like other g people mentioned getting. No salt either, we bought some and left it there. There also weren’t a lot of kitchen items such as baking trays, again, we bought some and took them with us when we left. Door to building which was meant to be secure was open every day, meaning anyone could access the car park and apartment building. WiFi was very poor, we all had to use my date.

Good stay
Pros: The people and location. We like the shops. Natasha is nice.
Cons: No room service. Bin was too far to easily dispose rubbish. I don't know if you provide duvets but we needed another one. Parking was terrible but you didn't win because we still managed to park somewhere for free. Haha

Most likely the nicest apartment hotel in the city.
Pros: Love the host and other building staff. So very welcoming and friendly (even though the host only sent texts). The building is a real architectural icon in Bradford, even if it is loved and hated in equal measure. Great adaptive reuse of a difficult building. Close to the Centre of Bradford, which is a walk down the hill. Just enough in the way of inclusions. We'd come over from Oz to visit relatives in a nearby suburb/village and wanted somewhere central to stay and it served that purpose brilliantly, so we do recommend for this purpose. You can see Bradford is trying desperately to pick itself up from the doldrums and this pretty decent apartment hotel development is evidence of that. Thing is, can this city finally do it? Watch this space.
Cons: The internal refit of the building is almost there but some things are lacking so that you feel worried something's going to break or come away with even the slightest pressure. I've seen these kinds of conversions before and the cutting of corners is pretty evident here. Some inclusions in the apartment are bare-bones so we had to buy extra things to feel more comfy on our two week stay and then left them behind for other guests. These included laundry capsules and over-door hooks for Winter coats. Other residents/guests on our floor were quite noisy and there was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed in the building from time to time. Unfortunately Bradford City Centre suffers from a kind of commercial malaise so the usual larger supermarkets, department stores and niche specialty stores you'd find in a mid-sized city simply aren't there, or have up and gone. The most interesting retail experience is Waterstones in the old wool exchange (pictured). If only Bradford could be full of cafes, and book, music, gift and second hand shops! The grand stone buildings and old vacant shops lend themselves to it. There's a small Tesco around the corner with a limited selection, at least. Tourists typically don't need barbers, nail salons and vape shops on every corner, which you'll find in abundance in Bradford for some strange reason. Picturesque streets are let down by weird tacky signage and flashing LED signs. Leaves a lot to be desired...literally! Maybe with a return of some local pride (as opposed to stubborn stoicism in the face of urban decay), some of these sorts of places will open up as Bradford becomes more of a destination. Lastly, be careful as there are some very shady characters that hang around in and near the City Centre. Remain respectful and polite with everyone and you'll be okay during the day.
