Pros: Lovely house comfortable and clean was a good location for us looking after our grandchildren well mum n dad worked. Lovely garden for children to play 🥰

Pros: Nice clean and well furnished house in a quiet estate.Only a short drive off the A1(M) and right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dale's national park.

Cons: Only small complaint there was only a small amount of toilet roll for the length of our stay. But this was really the only minor complaint we would have.

Lovely & Very Homely, Perfect Location

Pros: For us it was a perfect location, and property size was spot and ample for us all. I have family still in the local in the area , plus my son was joining the Army, and starting his basic training in Catterick that weekend. The house was lovely and homely, and met all out needs, location is very central to every ware we needed to go to. Fantastic communication before and after our stay. Hopefully booking up again for 2025 .

self contained private and warm ideal for two

Pros: The bed was very comfy and of a good size, the lounge and TV cosy. Central heating nice and warm. Plenty of hot water

Cons: It would be helpful to have a curtain at the top of the stairs as going to the bathroom in the night you can be seen , a pair of scissors in the drawer and oven gloves. There were no casserole/lasagne type cooking dishes

Great property

Pros: loved the accommodation clean and tidy. beds were comfortable. Nice touch with the 4 bottles of beer.

Great property, comfy and tidy. Everything you need for a comfy weekend stay.

Pros: Property was lovely, clean and we had everything we needed, plus some extra goodies was a nice addition. Certainly would highly recommend it. Price was a little high considering other prices in the area but still decent value for money. Definitely will use again.

Cons: Bit pricey for a short stay. Pillows were not great. Thats all.

Pros: We found the house clean and comfortable. Good location for exploring Richmond and Wensleysdale. The street was quiet and shops only 5 minutes away

Cons: No patio chairs or bench in the garden to relax on. Only a picnic table
