Home from home

Pros: This was my second stay at Bonny Colne on the Hill, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It’s perfectly located close to my mum’s, which makes visiting so convenient, and the space itself is beautifully kept with fantastic facilities. It really feels like a home away from home.

Cons: Just be careful of the stone steps outside!

We will go back again home from home and pet friendly can’t fault then stay recommend it 5*****

Cons: The stairs were slightly steep but had been pre warned that if mobility problems it might not be suitable but we managed fine

Pros: Very comfortable. Lovely, stylish interior - home from home (but tidier!) Well stocked kitchen. Warm with easy to change heating controls. Generous host.

Cons: Just need to be aware that there are 3 flights of quite steep stairs. The ones I really had to concentrate on were the ones outside leading to the front door. I am 64 and a little bit tottery though :)

Great little flat for a few days away .

Pros: The flat is lovely with everything in it that you need . The bed is super comfy , the views from the bedroom and kitchen windows are beautiful ! It’s only a five minute walk to the main rd , where all the bars , cafes , shops and restaurants are . There’s also parking at the front of the property . The host is very friendly and approachable with messages etc . The kitchen has everything you’d need plus more , and the shower in the bathroom is powerfully enough for a good shower . I liked it so much I’ve booked again for next year !

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like , was the first lot of stone steps that lead up to the front door . They felt steep even though theres only about 6 steps , there is a hand rail to hold on to though . If you have mobility issues , you will struggle , especially after a wine or two 😂

Second stay here...

Pros: I can't put into words how much I adore this place! Yes, there are steps up to the front door, for which the hand rail is vital, and a flight of stairs up to the living area. However, once I'm inside, it is a beautiful apartment and the perfect bolt hole for a stay in Colne. We don't cook in the apartment, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The sitting room is comfy and the TV provides entertainment for an evening in. Up another flight of stairs is the bedroom. Lots of storage to be had and the bed is soooo comfortable! The apartment is a short walk from the centre of town, so is ideally situated. This was our second stay here and we hope to be back for more!

Cons: There's nothing to not like!
