It is the second time we have stayed here when visiting Colne and would highly recommend it and would stay again next ti

Pros: It’s convenient for the muni theatre , the room is clean and tidy , good facilities

Cons: Nothing really , but it can be chilly in the room but the additional small heater is a good addition , what is confusing is the checkout time , on booking dot com it says 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock, but in the message from the owner it says check in at 1600 and checkout by 8 o’clock which seems a bit early when most places it’s 10 o’clock which is fine so it needs confirming which it is please .

The restaurant downstairs was amazing, as was the cafe, and the staff was lovely. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned and the owner was super helpful! Thank you very much!

Lovely spacious room

Pros: Very clean, good size, host messages straight away and excellent location. Breakfast at Tubbs next door was excellent

Cons: Nothing, everything was great

Pros: The entrance foyer is beautiful and welcoming with clean carpets and a huge chandelier Room was cosy and had all we needed. Particularly like the all in one water basin and beverage facilities. No noise heard from other rooms.

Cons: Not a lot of options for good pubs busy are a couple of options locally including a wetherspoon. Take aways are general stingy on volume but okay in these areas (no prawns in curry from place over the road when ordering a house special. Maybe avoid this one) Check in was a little tricky with rendering code to get key Parking is a problem If you'd like to keep an eye on your Ferrari No spaces at the recommended free parking Had to park street behind Not really the best area to stay unless you just need a stop over No quarms with the property really Area not great

Great place in an ideal location

Pros: Really nice place to stay Walm and comfortable with a good bathroom in an ideal location Perfect for a short stay

Absolute bargain with their fantastic eatery next door - Tubbs

Pros: Proximity to train station and municipal hall. Super quiet and pretty much everything you could need.

Cons: Just could have done with a splash of milk for tea.

A hidden gem

Pros: Everything about this little gem of accommodation is outstanding 👌

Excellent apartment, host, value and location

Pros: The property is clean and in a great location. There’s a fridge in the room, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, etc. even a kitchen roll. Steve the host is accessible and friendly.

Cons: Nothing. We suggested to Steve to add a couple of coat hooks on the back of the door or maybe in the wall alcove. The shower screen could be slightly longer to keep more water in, and maybe provide a bath mat as well as the provided towels. A hairdryer would be a bonus too.
