Good property within walking distance of Harrogate centre.

Pros: The property was exactly as pictured. It had a homely feel and was well equipped (kitchen all perfectly clean and everything working fine) property was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was easy to find and did not require a residents permit. We could walk to town easily in 15 mins so didn’t need to move the car after we had arrived. Suited our needs well as we needed 3 separate bedrooms for us and our two teenage children so better value than booking a hotel. Could easily accommodate 8 people to sleep although downstairs might feel snug with 8 adults.

Cons: Communication could have been a bit better. This may be because I like to have everything organised well in advance so get nervous when questions are not replied to quickly (we only got the key code 6 mins after our arrival time which put me on edge). However, once we were in all was good. Some other reviews have commented on the steepness of the stairs but I think this is clear from the photos and would only be an issue if you had small children or mobility issues.
