Good house to stay for what we wanted, few minor isssues but overall still good value for money.

Pros: Good location for what we need, plenty of of space for parking, hosts were quick at responding, fit 11 of us in comfortably.

Cons: Upstairs en-suite bathroom stunk of stale cigarettes and house wasn’t fully cleaned/ready on arrival. Cleaners didn’t finish till 4pm (check in was 3pm), couldn’t really fault them as there was a full team of 4 working around the clock and owner from cleaning company did stay and personally apologise for delay. I got the feeling the previous occupiers left the house in a mess, hence the reasoning. This is probably more of a bad review of previous occupiers rather than cleaning company. Also in terms of crockery/cutlery, it was limited as there were only 5 mugs, where the house allowed up to 12 people.
