Great stay

Pros: Had everything we needed, nice clean property, very comfy beds, very short walk to the venue we were attending, nice and quiet street through the night. The Bold locking system was so easy to use and felt secure. Would definitely stay again

Cons: The area does look a bit run down, but was really quiet and the property was perfect for what we needed so the area wouldn't stop us staying again.

Pros: Once we figured out the bold app, entry was fine & actually very clever. Both bedrooms were good. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage. Bathroom clean & had toiletries which were good to us. Kitchen was good with tea & coffee for use. Well presented everywhere. Good location for Headingly & a convenient bus service in to town.

Cons: The neighbours partying until 4:30am. Nothing the owner could do but it is in a student area so prepare for some noise in the evening.

Lovely stay. Better than expected.

Pros: Very clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Close to supermarket, shops, eateries and pubs. Walked 2 minutes to get to Brundell Social Club where gig was we were attending. I was a little nervous at first leaving our car in the street but the road was quiet and car was safe overnight. Owners really look after property well.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Easy access. Secure property. Good facilities available.

Cons: Lack of WiFi.

Good location and layout

Pros: Clean property, easy to use the app to lock and unlock the door, seamless stay with no issues at all.

Cons: The room upstairs was very cold, the windows have a slight gap when closed so that made it extremely cold. The bottom room was nice and warm.

PERFECT and cozy stay!

Pros: The apartment literally has everything you want, from all kitchen utensils to an iron. And everything is new and clean, since the place has recently been renovated. The rooms are perfectly suitable for a family/friends trip. The area is located near supermarkets like Abu Bakr and Sainsbury’s and is within walking distance of the University of Leeds. The service was amazing; the landlord is ready to answer your inquiries, and the safety of the entrance is ensured. P.S. For Muslims, there are several mosques and Halal restaurants around the area.\
