Lovely little place with really lovely hosts

Pros: The hosts are AMAZING - I received a message prior to staying with very clear information about the property, with details about the lockbox and parking, with pictures that showed the door, the lockbox, and two parking locations. It was really nice to have those things clear in my mind before coming, as parking can be an anxiety-inducing problem. They were also really responsive and accommodating on WhatsApp for any questions I had. The place itself is clean, has all the amenities we needed for our stay and was comfy. Excellent location for the Brundenell Social Club.

Cons: I have no notes - there was nothing to not like!

Great little apartment, clean and well equipped close to Leeds city center :)

Pros: Great location for what I needed, parking was available near to the front door. The apartment is very well decorated and well equipped. Very clean, comfy bed and extra amenities provided that I didn't expect such as breakfast bars, bottles of fresh water and crisps which was a very nice touch. I did not have to get in touch with the hosts but they seemed like they would be instantly available if I had any problems. I would, and am planning on staying here again!

Cons: I haven't really got much negative to say about the place. It was exactly what I expected if not more.

Clean, comfortable, and homely apartment, convenient location and good value for money.

Pros: The room was clean, a good size and included a sofa and a small table and chairs to eat at. The kitchen area was very well equipped with everything you could think of. Some coffee and a small selection of breakfast items were left for us. The bathroom was small but completely adequate and the host supplied towels and toiletries use. It was a bright room, situated on a main road so there was some traffic noise, but this died down later in the evening and we both slept well in the comfy bed. There was a hairdryer and even an umbrella to use if needed, and a reasonable amount of hanging space for clothes. The room felt very homely and welcoming and we thought it was good value for money being near to the city centre. The location for us was perfect as we were visiting a venue just 5 mins walk away, but had we been visiting the city centre it was still within easy reach. The host was keen to know when we had checked in to make sure everything was ok, they seemed very helpful.

Cons: The only thing that could have been improved was the temperature of the room. The host did explain for safety reasons that the heater was not left switched on, so needed to be switched on when we arrived and the room should heat up within about 20 minutes. It possibly took slightly longer but once the room heated it stayed nice and warm. It was quite a cold day so it would have been more welcoming if the heater could have been switched on just before our arrival.

Super apartment. Perfect for visiting my daughter at the university of Leeds.

Pros: Perfect location. This studio apartment has everything you need. Communication with the owner was lovely too. Really can’t fault it.
