Great for a short stay ahead of a flight

Pros: Stayed 1 night ahead of an early morning flight from LBA. Great location (2 minute walk from Horseforth Train station) and good value for money. Property has everything you need for a short stay

Cons: Would not recommend for stays longer than a couple of days. Does the job for 1-2 nights

Comfortable stay and a helpful host

Pros: The host was really helpful. The location great, including there being a place to park a car. The room was very clean and it was good having a table and chairs to sit at

Convenient location.

Pros: Excellent location for visiting nearby family. Breakfast and tea/coffee unexpected but appreciated. Plenty of towels.

Cons: Multiple flights of stairs could be an issue for those with mobility issues. Attic low sloping ceilings - not an issue for short people like me. Bathroom a little cramped.
