Lovely caravan in a great location

Pros: Location was fantastic. Just a short drive from both Knaresborough and Harrogate. Retail park just across the road with M&S food etc. Site was very clean and well kept. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't use but there was a 2 cafes on site which looked good. One with a lovely view of the River Nidd. Caravan was well presented and very clean. Beds were comfy.

Cons: Only issues we had were the shower head didn't stay in position so was difficult to use. Fire in the lounge wouldn't switch on, might just be the battery in the remote had gone. Couldn't see a way to manually switch it on. Both issues were reported to reception and they offered to come and take a look but we said it was important and they thanked us for letting them know so they could fix before the next guests.

We will be back

Pros: Love the location. And the caravan ,fell in love with knaresborough 2 years ago when we came, Love the park and rhe surrounding areas .

Cons: Only tiny thing was we couldn't find bed linen for the pull out sofa bed, we should have asked buit only stayed 2 nights and had taken blankets ,otherwise perfect !

Loved the place, ideal location, very good value for money - especially during summer holidays.

Pros: Nice and modern, clean, tidy, loved the big decking area as handy with kids playing.

Cons: Nothing really. If being picky, maybe have late check out details in the booklet?

Pros: Just comfortable spacey nice deck great for dogs . Local walks and near other areas to explore . Left alone some bigger sights you get targetted by sales staff .

Cons: Not realy a complaint but a women working lido cafe recommended a river bank walk to a pub mother shiptons cave. She said there was a crag to walk up... but it was a bit over grown and litle bridges and duck boards were damaged . When we got to the pub its closed down and boarded up .we saw funny side of it but if people took lids it may of been awkward
