Fabulous caravan, great location and brilliant value for money 👍🏻

Pros: Very comfortable and great that dogs are allowed in the caravan

Cons: Only slight criticism is I would have liked a small vacuum as I like to leave a property as I found it and had to clean the carpet with my crocs 😀

Pros: Caravan was immaculate. Quiet site and near to retail park. Cafe on site was on the river bank and a lovely setting. Bus stop outside site to go to Knaresborough and Harrogate.

Cons: We looked at using the shop and on-site pub, but both were closed until Thursday. We were there Monday to Friday! I assume this was because the summer season had not yet started.

Pros: great facilities, really clean and amazing location, great sized rooms for a caravan, with full wardrobe and plenty of space

Pros: Really happy with the property, shame the weather was 30 degrees which made the caravan a sauna but couldn’t be helped. The facilities were lovely, towels, cleaning products, comfy beds. Would definitely come back again when it’s not so hot. Would’ve loved a gate on the stairs to enclose the dog.

Cons: Think getting a couple of fans would help for future guests, we did bring our own fortunately but definitely could’ve benefitted with more

Relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

Pros: Nice quiet location. Ideally situated for access to Knaresborough, Harrogate and wetherby. Bus service 1A and number 8 from bus stop just outside the site. Beautiful Riverside setting.

Pros: Lovely warm caravan on a well presented site. It was very clean with everything you need in it. Nice cafe to walk to with beautiful views of the river. The guy at the reception was very helpful too.
