Pleasant stay in the heart of Knaresborough

Pros: Modern, spacious, clean apartment in the centre of Knaresborough. Near to shops, bars, restaurants and railway station. Parking a 7 min walk away was convenient and cheap

Cons: Lacking in those little extras that make a difference. No welcome pack ie milk , bread. No toiletries in the bathroom. WiFi could be better. Bathroom ceiling needs painting following upstairs flood. Entrance disappointing with smelly commercial bin outside

Cosy new year retreat with my family

Pros: Very clean, modern, spacious, much bigger than what the photos suggest. Very helpful hosts

Cons: Not much we can say to improve! Maybe just to stock up a bit better on basics like toilet paper, bin bags, kitchen roll, coffee pods......we bought them all during our stay.

Clean and comfortable!

Pros: Location was superb on Knaresborough high street and in easy walkable reach of the main areas we wanted to visit. No parking onsite but the long stay car park nearby was cheap at £1.90 for 24 hours. Comfy beds and furniture, all mod-cons and the decor was fresh. Everything was spotlessly clean. This is a really nice sized 2-bedroom apartment. Being able to get the keys from the lock-box meant we were flexible with our check in time and it was easy to to check out. The video of how to access the apartment from the hosts was very helpful.

Cons: We found instructions for everything apart from the heating system. We managed to work it out but it would have been really helpful to include those instructions. My elderly mother felt the rug in the living area was dangerous because it was loose against the carpet and easily tripped over. Maybe include a picture of the passage through which to access the apartment on your property photos. The apartment has single glazed windows which wasn't a problem for us but could be in winter!

Spacious flat in central Knaresborough

Pros: Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Single beds in 2nd bedroom suitable for teenagers so they don't have to share.

Cons: We went to the wrong door at first, a bit hard to find.

Amazing Apartment

Pros: The whole apartment was beautiful. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Great location. Had a question for the owner and their response time was immediate. Would definitely stay again, thankyou Kist Accommodates for an amazing weekend in Knaresborough
