Cosy lottle place close to all amenities and siteseeing.

Pros: Lovely cosy little place. Very central. Good working facilities. Julie the owner keeps you well Informed and is accessible if needed.

Cons: Nothing bad really, just an observation, it has steep stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Other Wise a very pleasant stay in a lovely area.

Lovely comfortable stay

Pros: The property was exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean, and nicely decorated and there bed was very comfortable. It is also in an ideal location for exploring the town. The host was incredibly helpful and answered promptly for any questions we had during our stay. We plan to visit again soon!

Perfect, just what we needed!

Pros: We stayed here over the Christmas period and it was perfect. Lovely and clean. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and kettle with plenty of plates and cutlery. Tea, coffee and milk provided too. Brilliant location, very close to everything we needed. Our host was on hand with any queries we had. Thank you very much, we will be back next year :)

Lovely weekend

Pros: Lovely little property, very clean and welcoming. Arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed together on our first night. Very nice touch.

Great place!

Pros: Great location - very central. This was a lovely large studio room. Big comfy bed. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if in Knaresborough.

Cons: Wednesday morning bin colector woke me up and being on last floor, I've heard pigeons early in the morning, I think they had a nest there or something. But this doesnt have to do with host or room or location.

Excellent for a short stay or even an extended holiday.

Pros: The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cosy with everything a self-catering couple would need. It was centrally located to the shops and close to Bus and Train stations. The photos on Booking.com's website are a fair representation of the property.

Cons: The property is located on the second floor with a tight spiral staircase part of the way, which could cause problems for people with limited mobility. At 82 with knee replacements, I had no difficulty, although someone assisted me with my luggage!. I would be happy to return.

We had an amazing 2 night stay here, highly recommend. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
