Comfortable, friendly

Pros: It was clean and tidy. The host was excellent with the communication. Environment was good, people seemed friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Cons: I would say most things were nice.

It did the job for us nicely and we would definitely re-book.

Pros: The property was a good balance of value for money and geographical location. Ideally we would have been nearer the city centre, but such properties are expensive and we were on a budget.

Cons: Knowsthorpe is quite run down and we would not have wanted to walk around the area at night, so we used the Uber service to get back to the property of an evening.

Overall pleasant stay.

Pros: Property was easy to access. Heating worked fine. Paid for late check out but then had an aggressive cleaner banging at the door demanding me to leave and insisted I didn’t pay. When in fact I did and the property owner confirmed.

Cons: It could do with a freshen up. Cupboards were falling apart and boiler is in bedroom which was a bit confusing. Overall excellent value and fine for a couple of nights to stay. No amenities nearby though.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and again spacious but .

Cons: could use just a couple of the extension sockets being larger so your not switching plugs to use different appliances and some instructions on how to use the central heating would be useful.

Pros: Lovely comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Lovely back yard. Nice quiet area.

Cons: Directions to get into the property were incorrect and misleading. A text arrived advising to go in the back yard and the keypad would be at the back door. Two streets opposite had the same names and we ended up going into someone else’s back yard and they were not happy at all. Seems it must happen regularly as they knew where the Airbnb was and directed us to it. The keypad was at the front door on the main road . We arrived early hours of the morning so would be better if the instructions were correct so neighbours are not bothered and people can find where they are staying with ease.

Pros: Loved the stay, great place, all the facilities you could need and the beds were really comfy!

Cons: The couches were a bit uncomfy, but they did the job and were more than sufficient

Pros: all the rooms were tidy,kitchen was nice and clean,living room was cozy,everything was exactly like the photos/as described

Cons: heating was a bit too much,we was unsure how to turn it down however i’m sure if we contacted the host he would’ve let us know swiftly how to deal with it :)

Pros: It was warm and cosy heating was glorious it was really comfortable and looking forward too booking again for a longer stay.

Cons: Some stuff needs attention and fixing like the wardrobe in one bedroom and a bedside light in the other.

Pros: perfectly situated for a short uber ride to town. clean, tidy & a home from home feel We all said we'd definately stay again.
