Exceptionally clean, perfect, definitely return

Pros: The property owners were amazing! Absolutely unreal, we had a bad experience with a previous property and had to book here last minute, cleanliness was perfect, facilities perfect and we had a disabled family member which the accessibility was perfect too. we cannot wait to come here again. If I could score more than 10 I really really would. Thank you!

A beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic location, with attentive hosts

Pros: The accommodation was beautiful – very modern, spotless, and finished to a high standard. It genuinely felt like a luxury stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Leeds and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. The hosts were also very attentive. After booking, you’re given access to a portal specifically for your stay, which I thought was a fantastic touch. It included absolutely all the information you might need – WiFi details, heating instructions, how to access the apartment, and more. It made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Cons: I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property itself. However, I was surprised by the deposit requirement after booking. You’re given the option of paying a non-refundable £60 damage waiver or a £250 refundable deposit (returned within 10 days). As a young couple, this felt like a significant and unexpected cost. We opted for the £250 refundable option, as we couldn’t justify losing an extra £60, but £250 is a lot of money to have held at one time. I completely understand the need for a damage deposit, but compared to other places I’ve stayed where deposits were typically £80–£100 and released within 24 hours of inspection, this did feel high and slightly unexpected. (Have not yet received the £250 back but will soon) That said, the apartment itself was absolutely lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds . Clean and everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Excellent communication . Excellent location. Very cosy and was worth the money . Highly recommend and will definitely be back .Watch the videos on booking confirmation as they explain perfect everything and where to go great idea . I've stayed in many places in Leeds with work over last six years , at least twice a year and these are probably best for everything.

Pros: The Apartment is very modern, clean and spacious. Good location and was given parking details for off site parking at a discounted rate. Will definitely be back.

Pros: We had to book past minute accommodation the night before Christmas Eve. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and I will stay with them again next time I'm in the area.

Pros: I love everything . Its clean, spacious and comfortable for 5 of us. With grown up children, Yeah this place was awesome! Thank God we stayed here.

Cons: The uber driver drop us in front of the other block so since it was raining and cold , we were a little confused🤔🫡 to find the key lockbox location was. No clear signboard in front of the property. Or maybe we didn't noticed it. I don't know...

Our cute little home for a month.

Pros: We stayed for the month— (4Adults) Nice and modern decor. 2 bathrooms, made it great for 4 people so you’re not completely in each others space. One with a big bath and shower the en-suite a big shower! 10-15 minute walk max to train station or into town. Great communication via booking.com and WhatsApp. Lots of seating so no one had to sit on the floor (was comfy sofa and chairs) Provided with a different type of mattress on each bed so there will one for all preferences

Cons: Despite being able to cater for 6 people, you were only given one key? One key we had was also temperamental and sometimes just glitched so didn’t work until 2/3times trying.. Very loud because of constant trains, if you leave windows and doors open but quite hot and stuffy if closed (so we had to get room fans) Delivery drivers struggled with finding the address. Kitchen was quite small and not much prep space to make a meal- we tried using the table but it’s wobbly so made chopping quite difficult if you’re already using the hob. Towels were quite small and only had one each so was difficult if you were to wash and try dry them before next use.
