Groovy decor, location spot on

Pros: Close enough to walk into the city centre, groovy decor, comfy beds, every utility needed in the kitchen, lovely clean accommodation.

Cons: Kitchen area a bit on the small side, but for the price & location it was spot on. A bit too warm, even in December with the heating turned off.. any chance of air con?

Top-notch city centre accomodation

Pros: Clean, warm, spacious and well equipped. Netflix on the TV was ace! A short walk into the city centre and perfect for my needs.

Cons: A little noise from the late night trains. Shower fan could do to come on to make the room a little less steamy.

Great apartment for a comfortable weekend stay

Pros: Great location, very comfortable and well appointed apartment and owners were flexible, friendly and helpful

Cons: Shame it does not come with parking as that was a bit tricky at times. And very minor but thicker towels would have been nice.

Pros: Lovely property, apartment had everything we needed! Loved the modern clean look, just a short walk to Leeds city centre and lots of great places to go for dinner and activities such as crazy golf, bowling, flight club darts. Great facilities in the apartment everything you need to have dinner in the apartment if you didn’t want to eat out! TV with Netflix and WiFi are a bonus too. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Perfect

Pros: This apartment is so completely gorgeous, we would not stay anywhere else when we come to Leeds now. The decor is beautiful, the moment you walk in it smells lovely too! Check in is simple, the building itself is lovely and communication from the owners is faultless. There are lovely little touches everywhere like biscuits on the beds with the shower gels and shampoos and huge umbrellas in the hallways because we arrived in a storm. The owners accommodated our toddler beautifully - we even found the tiger who came to tea on the bookshelf! Beds are really comfortable, kitchen has everything you need including those practical little touches like kitchen roll - just so handy with the toddler! WiFi all in perfect working order, tv has everything you need. Also it is completely spotless. Thank you very much

Beautiful apartment near Leeds city centre and stadium

Pros: Very clean and Beautifully decorated property in Holbeck Leeds. Really enjoyed our stay. Aleksandra sent us all the instructions for getting into the property. She is very reachable on WhatsApp. The property has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so great for a family of 4. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Cons: Parking can be difficult in the night close to the apartment building.

I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Leeds, and I’ll gladly stay here again in the future.

Pros: The host was amazing kind and communicated well. The property felt safe and welcoming. I really liked how everything was arranged, the layout and setup were thoughtful and comfortable. A very good host overall.

Fantastic Experience!

Pros: Brilliant, Newly built, Clean Furnished apartment with top class fittings, our stay was so comfortable and Ms. Lovely was just like her name, absolutely lovely to be in touch with as she guided us thoroughly through our check-in and check-out and made our stay as comfortable as possible! We were a newly wed couple and my wife and I loved the little touch of the swan shaped towels and the non-alcoholic fizzy drinks in the fridge. They even had plates, glasses and all utensils needed for cooking, and a washing machine too which was a life-saver! The view from the window was amazing and qe loved watching the trains operate all day!

Cons: Would love to have a microwave in the apartment as we struggled a bit to warm up some food! Also if the bedrooms had a lock/latch then that would have been useful for privacy!

Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Apartment was very clean and tidy.
