Pros: Friendly staff, nice and tidy room, good location.

Cons: No access to the kitchen was unfortunate.

Great cheap place with satisfying condition and comfy furniture. Friendly staff. Bit externally noisy over the weekends.

Pros: Privacy, plenty of room for storage with nice furniture, staff.

Cons: Size of the shower, pillows.

Student accomodations, ideal for work/study visits to Leeds

Pros: This is a student housing complex. As such it is ideal for a work trip or university course: affordable, clean, and generally quiet at night. It is also within walking distance of both the university and the train station

Cons: There were no garbage bags available (had to take care of my garbage myself), you have to remember to manually lock your room door upon leaving said room, and there is only open wifi (security concern).

Pros: Simple, clean en suite room. Calm environment. Liked being fairly high up. Good location.Very helpful staff.

Cons: I had to bring my own mini travel kettle and tea bags as there was no hospitality tray in the room, no vending machines or access to kitchen. I had asked about it beforehand. So was prepared.

Good value for money for short stay

Pros: Clean property and very friendly staff. Very close to city centre and to the venue where I attended an event.

Cons: No access to kitchen, it would've been lovely to have access to a microwave and facilities to make tea. View from window was a building site which was a bit noisy.

Clean good location

Pros: Place was clean and convenient, Reception ladies in morning were very nice. Location is great right outside Merrion Center and first direct Arena. 15 min walk to LUU. 10 min walk to The Headrow. Towles and Soap all provided. Access permitted to shared facilities where you can get water (hot and cold) and tea.

Cons: The Kitchen in the flats were not available for use so don't expect to be able to put stuff in the fridge or heat up food. Would have been nice to get some water in the room instead of having to go to another floor. Currently construction going outside on so don't expect a nice view besides that noise is minimal. While in all was good. I think it could be a little cheaper as at the end of the day it is a student accommodation and the only reason why they have rooms for stay is because it was not filled up from the previous year.

Would definitely come back and 10/10 would recommend

Pros: Ideal location, close to lots of local amenities. The hotel facilities were more than enough for the purpose of our visit. The front desk were very helpful

Excellent place to stay in Central Leeds

Pros: Location is excellent staff are very friendly Rooms are great shared living space and kitchen excellent. I was on my own most of the time. I would definitely recommend and stay again myself

Pros: For me it was very convenient for my stay in Leeds. I enjoyed the safety in the building. The staff were very helpful.

Cons: Difficult to think of anything I didn't like.
