Modern City Centre Flat with Terrace

Comfortable, safe, good location

Pros: Clean and comfortable one bed flat. Central location

Cons: A comfy sofa would have been nice Difficulties connecting to the WiFi but easily sorted once contacted the host

Pros: Lovely flat, great location, just a 20-30 min walk to main centre.

Cons: Difficult to get a taxi due to taxi places not knowing locations .

Amazing

Pros: The property was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfy and had all the amenities you could need. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Cons: Overall it was great but I think they could provide more towels as they only provided two full size towels and no hand towels.

Comfortable & enjoyable would stay again.

Pros: Lovely clean modern 1 bed flat good location to town well kept and spotless nice and modern

Cons: Underground Parking was very very tight to get into we have a brand new crossover vehicle less than month old despite parking sensors and cameras still managed to scrape it on way out as it was so tight to get into a weird space to get back out car park, involved a lot of manoeuvring something like a 15 point turn, luckily only a few vehicles in car park otherwise would have been near impossible to get in and out if you have a larger sized car . The sofa was lovely just not the comfiest to sit on, as I was staying post op I just sat in bedroom ontop of bed, of which I had noted others saying was quite small, didn’t think it would be an issue as we’re not a large couple but I would say, it was a small box room double was plenty room in the bedroom for a bigger bed they may change in the future massive marble side table in hallway which seemed bit random and so big had to go past it then open door to be able to get in and out loo, no washing machine in flat unsure if there was a laundry area I didn’t realise thus until tried to locate it. If just looking for base for city and somewhere to put your head down with some self catering facilities then for me this was much better than a hotel

Pros: I lover everything about this flat it was amazing felt very homely and comfortable I loved it so much my partner and I extended our stay. The host was so lovely and sweet and communication was 10/10. We had all the facilities to clean the bathroom, hover, iron board etc I will definitely be staying here again

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and organised. The response of staff to enquiries was good.

Cosy, modern, relaxing and spacious everything you need in one place with parking as a bonus.

Pros: Property was very clean, cosy, spacious and warm. Owner was fantastic from the moment we booked it all the way to when we left. Easy access with fantastic secure underground car parking. Amazing shower and bathroom, kitchen has everything you need and the living room is spacious cosy and relaxing. The entire place was spotless. The terrace is great sadly the weather was very wet but was nice in between the showers to enjoy the view. We loved this accommodation so much we will be recommending it to our friends and will certainly book when we are in the area again.

Cons: Only negative was the door locks are very stiff and no hand towels/kitchen towels

If you are looking for a city break, we would definately recommend this property

Pros: Loved the location in proximity to Leeds Centre, having on site parking was great. Immaculate accomodation, very modern, good communication with owners, balcony enabled good views over Leeds.
