Superb apartment in good Leeds location

Pros: Perfect location in a quiet street, very close to good restaurants and supermarket. Off the road parking with an EV charger which was a huge bonus having travelled from Buckinghamshire. Beautifully furnished and cleverly designed kitchen /sitting room, and two very spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.

Cons: 2nd bedroom would benefit from thicker and wider curtains that would block out the strong street light at night. Central heating needs adjusting to evening and early morning in winter months - but these were minor irritations in a superb comprehensively equipped apartment.

Beautiful flat in a great location

Pros: Loved the location and the facilities. Extra touches like basket of dog bits was very thoughtful. Had everything you needed.

Cons: Lack of soundproofing - the upstairs guests were noisy

Perfect for our needs!

Pros: Lots of luxurious touches and spacious bedrooms. Lovely location with amenities and Roundhay park on the door step.

Pros: Fantastic location for Roundhay Park & local shops. Quiet road with off-road parking. Very high standard of accommodation, beautifully and practically furnished. We only stayed 3 nights but would have been perfect for a longer stay too. Really couldn't fault it.

Pros: Great place , 2 on suites and another toilet the facilities were really good and the location was perfect. It had everything we needed, kitchen , double beds , fans etc everything. Can't recommend it enough.

Pros: Superbly appointed - every detail thought of and furnishings were high quality. Really relaxing place to stay. Area was great - near Roundhay Park and lots of restaurants/shops.

Cons: Only slight negative was that the sound proofing between flats was not great. So woken up by late arrival/early leaving of occupants and hoovering at 8 am.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful place.

Pros: Beautiful place. Comfy beds, clean place. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen was equipped with everything.down to the very last detail.

Pros: First rate facilities . Beautifully and tastefully renovated property. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and bus services. Onsite parking was a real bonus. Excellent communication with hosts. Well thought out and presented guide to the property and local area.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to find fault with.

Wonderful

Pros: The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Location wise it was perfect with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host for such a wonderful stay.
