Everything we needed for a weekend event we were attending in Leeds. We'd happily stay here again.

Pros: The location was perfect for us and what we were doing, even has a Sainsbury's local and a great restaurant within a minute's walk. The place itself is clean and comfortable and has everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is great, and the lounge is nice and relaxing.

Cons: There's nothing we could say we really didn't like. Being picky, I'd say the entrance to the driveway could be a little wider. We have a larger car and had to be really careful, but that is being very picky! We'd quite happily stay here again.

Perfect location for our Leeds visit, will be back hopefully soon!

Pros: This was a perfect location for our stay! So many restaurants and grocery stores on Street Lane. The parking was great and the location was very close to the golf club we were visiting. Also spent a wonderful morning at Roundhay park.

Cons: The dryer. Not familiar with the combination. Washer/dryer, finally used the convenient drying racks! Perfect solution.
